2014 Family Reunion

We are very excited to explore Bartlesville, Oklahoma for the 2014 Family Reunion. There will be a Farmer's Market Saturday morning downtown, a group will be visiting Woolaroc on Saturday, you can visit Frank Phillips Home, The Tall Grass Prairie Preserve, and many more things to explore. We look forward to visiting and catching up with family.

Change of Dinner Plans

We are in the room!!!!! Room 201! I haven't heard back from anyone going to POP's so we have changed dinner plans. For anyone that wants to join us, a group of us are going to "Café 7" at 7 pm, it is just east of the hotel on May. At the intersection of May and Memorial, go north on May about 1/4 of a mile, the restaurant is on the left.
We will be back in the room after dinner around 8:30.

Friday- Dinner at Café 7 at 7 pm

Saturday-

9:30 am- Those interested will leave the hotel at 9:30 for a trip to the 45^th Infantry Museum with Bill Bevel & Caleb Cummings (Heidi's new husband).

12:00- Lunch at the Hotel (Pizza and Games)

Leave hotel at 6:15, many have discussed interest in eating dinner at the ballpark. We will meet as a group at the 3^rd Base ticket office.

Hospitality Room

We have a hospitality room reserved Friday- Sunday. The room number is 201 on the second floor. We also have a suite that is connected to the room. This will provide a place to visit and relax throughout the weekend.

 We are working on plans to go to a Red Hawks Baseball game on Saturday evening for those interested in going. More info to come.......

I visited the hotel today. They extended the date a couple days to get the group rate. Spread the information to your immediate family...... :) I believe this hotel will be great for our reunion. There are several places with chairs and tables to visit in additon to the hospitality room.

Sunday Lunch

We will be eating lunch on Sunday (August 4, 2013) at Johnny Carino's at 11:30 am. The address is 2905 W. Memorial Road OKC, OK. It is very close to the hotel for those staying at the hotel. We have a private room reserved.
