If you haven't called and reserved a room for the reunion call ASAP! The rooms will go off hold tomorrow (Friday, August 5th). There will still be rooms available most likely, but you will not be guaranteed a room with 2 double beds.

Reunion Weekend Schedule
This schedule is rough version. We can change things up at the reunion if we need to. Kristin and I planned to have this posted last week, but we were all at the beach which left little time for anything online! ;)
Don't forget to reserve your rooms, if you haven't yet. Also, don't forget to bring a craft or something creative we can raffle off. :)
Weekend Schedule
Friday-
Evening Arrival (Some People may wait to arrive Saturday, whatever works best for your family. We will be there to set-up)
Visit/ Play Games
Saturday-
Continental breakfast at the Hotel
12:00- Kid's Trip to the Jasmine Moran Children's Museum (Admission $8)
1:00- Domino Tournament ( If you have a set of dominoes please bring them)
5:00- Dinner at Catfish Roundup
7:00- After Dinner Return to the Hotel for our Annual Meeting
7:30- Story Time- We thought it would be fun to hear and tell family stories from years gone by.
Play Games- If you have a favorite game (board, cards, etc...), bring it.

9:30 am- Raffle Drawing
11 am- Lunch at Western Sizzlin
Some ideas for morning or afternoon activities- Golf- Jimmie Austin Municipal Golf Course, Swimming at the hotel, Oklahoma Oil Museum, or Seminole Nation Casino.
REMINDER: Bring your ideas for moving the reunion next year. If you have an idea bring information about the location and prices!!! We will vote at the meeting!

A few updates.....
We want to make sure everyone is fully informed about the upcoming family reunion.......
Please call and reserve your room asap. The cost is $85 for a room with 2 double beds. If you want a confirmation number to make your process very easy, just email me (bspreunion@gmail.com) and I will give you a number to give when you call the hotel. The hotel information is below on a previous post.
Each year at the reunion, we have multiple raffles for crafts or any handmade item. We are asking each family to bring an item that we can raffle, this will help off set the cost for the reunion. It is also a great chance to take home unique items. So get creative....... :)
We are looking forward to seeing everyone in a little over a month. We will be posting more soon. We are working on a schedule of fun events. So far we are planning a game night, a trip for the kid's to a great children's museum, a time to share and hear stories from the past, dinner at the best catfish restaurant (according to my mom), and the list goes on......
